Is the question Have you ever severed a limb?.....if so then it is on there. Sometimes questions take a minute or so before they are posted. Your question always posts. If someone reports it...it might not stay long.

No, it does not necessarily mean that. Sometimes a question just takes some time to post.

It doesn't show up if someone from Yahoo deleted it, or unless you deleted it (by mistake?). Someone could have reported it as "abuse" and Yahoo deleted it. That's the only way I've ever seen a question go away.

I think,I suspect
that there are certain "trigger words" that if you use one, yahoo staff will not post your question till they verify that it is okay
I might be wrong, but it seems that certain questions are posted sooner if you change the wording
