Im hearing late 2008. I work on Euclid and the traffic is terrible, just trying to cross the street to get lunch is insane. In my opinion instead of spending all that money on another train line they ought to put some money into renting out all those empty storefronts. Who wants to take a nice new train past all those ugly empty buildings?
