but I'm not sure about the freeing of the hydrogen on that one BUT if this is something similar to this(minute 20>) it will work

Are you looking for some that will save you energy or some that creates free energy? If you find a device that will give you free energy, let me talk to them. They might have a machine that converts Lead in to Gold.

Free energy doesn't exist. See the first law of thermodynamics. Whoever suggested you look for a kit like this is lying to you.

It might be a long search. I think that the question that you asked is not exactly what you mean and what you are looking for. If it is, then it isn't going to happen. No free rides.
