I think you mean you are at a negative 1 station--the baby's head position. Dilation goes from 0-10, no negatives.
It really doesn't indicate when you will go into labor.

You should have too much longer I was 1-2 Centimeters dialated at 9 months with my son and that was for at least 2 weeks but all I can say is Walk it Out....

For the sake and health of the baby.....40 weeks, give or take 2 weeks. Really just an extra week inside can diminish so much worry, work and expense, it's worth it.
But I know you are uncomfortable and just want the baby out!

It could take another month. I was already dialated to 3 at 6 months.

could be weeks could be days, with my son i was 2cm, waters broke and 3/5 engaged took 14days for onset labour...
