OMG - please tell me that you're only kidding..That's kinda messed up..I have to answer this just in case you're serious and that you aren't considering doing this...Carbon Monoxide will kill you if you continuously inhale it ..and if you god forbid end up asleep - you'll die..
So, hopefully you haven't already tried this method to help you sleep..How about using good old fashioned Tylenol PM? And..if you are that troubled - see a Dr..I'm sure he'll help you with medication and or therapy..

Uhm... I'm pretty sure carbon monoxide could kill you.
Are you talking about permanent sleep?

Actually yes. When used in small amounts it can help you fall asleep, just be sure not to use to much because the effects can be negative. Back in my college days I would run my car in the garage for a few hours to take a quick nap

Yes. I like to sleep in my car in the garage. The gentle hum of the engine helps me fall asleep.

Oh my gosh no, not quite. I think I would remember waking up in a hospital with a guard and having my hands tied down.

no never.it is quit unhealthy gas for human being.it can never be helpful in for getting Sleep.
