I have big chunks bitten out of all the leaves on my rose bush and some of the roses as well. I have seen a couple of big green crickets on them and it seems a shame to kill them. Is it them that are eating the rose bush and does anyone know of any natural deterrent if so?

Your lucky to have such creatures in your garden, i wish we had some on our estate

Yes they will eat any soft parts of plants like the leaf and petel area, but they do not do any lasting damage.

It is almost impossible to live with tinnitus but you don't have to. If you are hearing the noises, whether all the time or intermittently, you must seek treatment immediately. But sadly, conventional treatments only treat the symptoms of tinnitus and may provide temporary relief at best.

The only way you could ever get rid of your tinnitus for good is by following the holistic approach to healing. By using a multidimensional treatment for tinnitus, we are tackling all tinnitus causative factors and eliminating these triggering elements from the root. This is the only path for permanent freedom from tinnitus.

Normally crickets do not eat roses. You may have a problem with japanese beetles. Have you seen any of those?

If you have a lot of garden that you'd like to keep insect free, considere purchasing preying mantis at the beginning of the season. They will spread out among your plants and eat a ton of bugs!

You are very lucky to have these wonderful creatures, they are all part of our natural world. The roses will survive their small appetite !

You either have a problem with Japanese beetles or Leaf cutter bees.

Japanese beetle damage: Hand picking is about the only control available for these buggies. One or two not such a problem, but lots can strip your plant bare.

Leaf cutter bee damage: Usually don't strip plants bare. I've learned to just tolerate them because the damage is unsightly, but not life threatening.
