Who gave you the right to say I'm beautiful?
Who gave you the right to care?
Who gave you the right to say I Love You,
When there are so much better out there.
I'm questioning this.
I'm questioning us.
It this true love,
Or just merely lust.

Sorry I noticed a spelling mishap on the second stanza, Its supposed to say
"IS" this true love.

Should I not say you're beautiful
Or tell you I don't care.
Can I not say I love you true,
It wasn't on a dare.
You question what I say to you,
And what our love might be.
The love I have for you my dear,
I hope that you can see.
I wrote that to say this. Try to keep syllable count consistance in order to create rhythm in your poem, and try to keep that rhythm from stanza to stanza. Keep trying, you'll get better.

I wrote this as a supposed "response" from whomever this poem might have been addressed to:
Your smile gave me the right to say, "You're beautiful."
Your compassion gave me the right to always care.
Your heart gave me the right to say, "I love you,"
I'll not find anyone better anywhere.
Why question this?
Why question me?
Embrace, enjoy,
And let love be!
