I am going to start designing my own clothes. I came up with a name and I want to know your opinion. "Effortlessly Chic By KT!" I am going to get woven labels made up to sew on the back of my garments. Do you like this designer name. These clothes are just going to be for me. Just wanted your imput on the name~ Thanks a million and have a great day!!!!

Thanks for the posts, I appreciate all the imput. The reason I chose this name was because, with one of my garments poof your stylin. It doesn't look overdown or too much it's just right. It's like your standby in the closet. That great pair of trousers or the little black dress. They are your wardobe staples and can be changed a million ways to look different each time. Right now I am working on a charcoal pencil skirt for fall!

I like the name for exactly what it means but the 'lessly seems a bit much on the tongue. Try saying it real fast like you do when you tell someone what store you're going to. Effortlessly Chic is almost a bit of a tongue twister. I don't think it has just the right ring to it. But again, I think the name is exact in its meaning and that may be what you're really aiming for to get your point across. So stick with it unless you can think of a word that is virtually the same in meaning for Effortlessly.
Congradulations on your line. I researched getting into the field this past summer. I chose something else.

Good Idea, sounds fun. The name didn't catch me though it was to long and plain, most clothing names are sucessful when they stick to one word, easier to comprehend I guess lol. Effortlessly Chic By KT is more of a headline or statement. Think Guess GAP Juicy. I would find something cute and abbreviate it.

Wow, you sound really creative. I think it is so cool that you are designing your clothes and coming up with a cute name to boot! If the name fits on your label than it will be great. If it does not fit well you could use EC by KT .
Good Luck!

the name is too much for a designer, try to get it down to one or two words at the most, why not just KT? worked for Donna Karin
