I have a Pantech and AT&T is my carrier.

Yeah well belive it or not this one only has music clips. I've searched the at&t site and they don't have any either.

Go to the AT&T website
http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/ringtones_media/?_requestid=93455
then click on ringtones
then search under SOUNDEFFECTS
then choose OLD RINGTONE

Every cell I have owned has had a pre installed "standard" phone ringer.
