That is not really true. The United States is approximately 78% northern European/African. The average death row inmate approximates this percentage depending on the state. (it varies from state to state).

Please post a specific reference to prove your hypothesis.

They're not overrepresented; they're just the ones who did the wrong thing the most. I don't care what color they are.

Sorry, but if you're dumb enough to do a crime so serious that it gets you on death row, that's your own fault no matter what color you are.

Doesnt matter what their skin color is,that is just another convenient way for criminals to "excuse" themselves and let themselves off the hook,when they should be frying in the chair!
