i would say yes, but of course you cannot write a book where every chapter is 5 pages long. well, you could, but it would probably annoy people.
chapters generally end when the action of the book, be it actual action or conversations, end or make a pivotal change. if you only have a quick, intense point to make, a few pages is fine, just make sure it grabs your reader and has them rushing on to the next chapter to see what happens.

Yes. I've read some authors were a chapter is half a page. It all depends on what you want to say in the chapter, how your story is developing, your writing style etc.

Absolutely! My favorite author James Patterson makes the majority of this chapters that long or shorter.

Yes, a novel and chapter can be any length, also the type/styling of your book has a lot to do with the length of each chapter.

William Faulkner, one of the US's greatest authors, wrote a chapter that was a single sentence. "My mother is a fish."
Make the chapter as long as it needs to be.

I saw one that was 3. It threw me a little because it was unusal, but then after reading it and starting the next chapter it made perfect sence.
