I'm not sure of a website, but I've guided many customers at Home Depot as to how to go about this. First you will want a table that is alreay stained the color you want. Then you will place the cards in the order in which you would like them to stay (make sure you arrange them the way you want, because once you are done, it's permanent). You can brush multiple coats of a shellac (letting dry between each coat) or I know that the Home Depot in my area carries a product precisely for that purpose with the instructions right on the box.

craft stores have a liquid acrylic you can pour over
everything, it dries hard and indestructable, but you need
to put edging around table to hold it.
You might find shellac will deteriorate like varnish when
you get it wet or put hot stuff on it

I believe that DIY has demonstrated how to put various items into tabletops. Perhaps you can find what you want at DIY.com.

Good luck!
