I'm not going to use granulated limestone but I'm going to try to use real baby teeth. If I can't get them, do they sell tile at home depot or something that "is made" or covered with enamel? What kind of model would I be able to use for this project? Please help me please?

The best, cheapest way is to use pH paper. This comes in a dispenser like Scotch tape, but it's a roll of dyed paper 3/16-inch wide. A color chart on the side tell the colors you get for different pH's.

More expensive is a pH meter, which uses an electrode dipped in the solution and a dial to indicate pH with a needle.

Soda will not damage baby teeth. "Soda rots your teeth" is an urban myth. Ceramic tiles are fired at hundreds of degrees to resist all kinds of insults in kichens and bathrooms. A few years' exposure to soda will not affect it.
