I like your girl names in the following order...
1. Paige Adonna (Love the name Paige)
2. Pacey Simone ( Pacey is cute and so is the name Simone.. they sound nice together)
3. Paisley Annabel (Cute!)
4. Portia Airabelle (Nice..)
5.Paris Miranda (Sorry... can't get past the Paris Hilton thing... it's too Hollywood for my taste)
I love Paige Adonna and my second choice would be Pacey Simone.
Boys:
1. Paxton Blue (Soooo cute!And it is a name that will grow with him)
2. Patton Harris ( Love just as much as Paxton really..)
3. Prescott Lee (Cute cute cute!)
4. Porter Jaquin (A nice name..)
5. Philo Ray ( It's fine...)
6. Phineas Lyle ( Sorry, but I don't like it..)
I really like my top three on this list but either Paxton or Patton would be my first choice. I like Harris better as a middle name than blue personally but it is up to you.

Paisley Annabel or Paige Adonna would both be lovely for a girl. For a boy, I would go with Prescott Lee Hill. I wouldn't use Portia or Paris because they both have other connections (cars or Paris Hilton!).

For a boy... hmm... The boys choices are too similiar to names already existing. Except for Philo (which is a dough and should not be a person's name in my opinion). I guess Phineas would work but I really don't like it with Lyle.

Of all your girl names, I like Paige the best. I'm not too crazy about the middle name you have with it though. Now is not a good time to name your daughter Paris. Too many bad images come with that name. I like Patton Harris for a boy. It sounds nice.

Of the girls names I like Portia and Pacey (Paige is okay, and I just couldn't bring myself to use Paris.) My favorite of your combos is Pacey Simone, but I really prefer Portia Simone.
For a boy I like Prescott Lee and Phineas Lyle

for a girl i like paige the best although i am not crazy about the middle name i like paige brianne. and for a boy i love paxton but i hate the middle name that you have with it i think a more traditional middle name would complement paxton better. i also love the name preston for a boy
