Clinton,hands down.
During the administration of William Jefferson Clinton, the U.S. enjoyed more peace and economic well being than at any time in its history. He was the first Democratic president since Franklin D. Roosevelt to win a second term. He could point to the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, the highest home ownership in the country's history, dropping crime rates in many places, and reduced welfare rolls. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and achieved a budget surplus. As part of a plan to celebrate the millennium in 2000, Clinton called for a great national initiative to end racial discrimination.

I am really no conspiracy theorist.I don't know about the Illuminati,Freemasons,NWO,
whatever, but I've been thinking lately. It doesn't appear to make much difference which party is in power, they seem to pursue the same agenda,a unified North America and control of the middle east.Bush Sr.proposed NAFTA,Clinton signed it,GW Bush continues to enact it.Carter's CIA created "radical Islam,Reagan funded it,Clinton Ignored sure chances, and Bush obviously doesn't care about capturing him.I think they have debates and elections to make us feel like we are part of the process,But the US agenda seems the same, regardless of who holds office.I hope NO ONE is blind enough to really think a democrat will pull us out of Iraq.It simply isn't going to happen. The US is part of the middle east and will remain so,regardless of the next presidents party. These agendas go back decades, makes you wonder

Do you not know that the effects of a president aren't felt for years after his end of office? The problems that Bush has had to deal with is the result of Clinton's screw up in office!
