plz it would b very helpful if u could help me find out dis meanings! da reason y is becuz i had moved n found out wen i came back dat a case was continues after i was told it ws dismissed so i do not kno wut happen nor do i kno wut dey mean i got d information above by dates 4rm wen i looked up my record but i cant buy da detailed version no money right now lol! if u kno how i could get free copys dat would b a big help 2! thank u guys!

Is this in Florida? If it is, I believe it means that it's not dismissed anymore but it's referred to a general magistrate so that they can speed up the case and keep costs down. The court wants to get a report of what the magistrate hearing decides. A magistrate is kind of like a mediator. They will make a final official ruling by the court based on what happens at the magistrate settlement hearing.

Hope that clears things up for you. In oregon we call them mediators or arbitrators.
