I do. Killed his 4 children execution style because he was mad at his wife, WTF! I understand there are innocent people in prison and maybe some on deathrow. But this guy confessed and the evidence was overwelming. Do any of you disagree with the death penalty in a case like this? They fried him in the electric chair, he took this option over being put to sleep. Im so happy he did, I hear its a long and painful death. Any alternative punishments you can think of that would of been better?

Geoff C-Justice seems to be different for men and women in this country, equality is does not exist. dardekkis-This is only true if you put in a larger, tougher prison, I knew a little weakling that served 12 years in a federal prison and it was cake, most are not though so I have to somewhat agree with u. Jeff A-I understand but a little torture never hurts, just to make the point to the rest of the scumbags out there. acmeraven-Only in our dreams.

I believe that Daryl Holton got what he deserved. His case is a textbook example of people who marry despite the warning signs. Holton's wife was a piece of crap. But I agree with the penalty.

The death penalty is completely fair punishment for murderers. Many more innocent lives will be taken if we don't end the lives of murderers than the remote possibility that an innocent person will receive the death penalty. I prefer lethal injection to electrocution. I don't want anybody to be tortured to death, regardless of how horribly they treated their victims.

I agree it was the right thing to do. Instead of poroling that woman who killed her kids in the bath tub one at a time they should give her the same ending.

A lifetime in prison with no hope of parole is crueler than capital punishment.

For scuzzballs like this there should be some way of bringing them back to life so they could be executed numerous times; just because they deserve it.
