Rose Adair is distinctive. Plus, it's in the family.
Rose Michelle strikes me as a little off - possibly because Rose has a classic, old world feel, and Michelle feels a little dated, a little too 1970s.

Yes, Rose is a fine name. And I really like Rose Adair...and it's special to you because it was your maiden name. Go with Adair. It's really pretty.
