Michelle
Edit: Ooh, ooh, ooh - I've got a better plan - What about Rose (which is absolutely beautiful by the way) Michelle Adair Sands. Why not use them all??

Rose Adair is distinctive. Plus, it's in the family.
Rose Michelle strikes me as a little off - possibly because Rose has a classic, old world feel, and Michelle feels a little dated, a little too 1970s.

Yes, Rose is a fine name. And I really like Rose Adair...and it's special to you because it was your maiden name. Go with Adair. It's really pretty.
