I would be very suspicous of any company that asks for a large amount of money up front as a fee. I know some US companies charge like $25 for some loans. I went and did a conversion and yours would be like charging $100 dollars for applying. How much is the loan? Do you know anyone who has done business with these people before?

Here is one thing I found on them online.

A person seems to be warning everyone that they are a scam.

Whenever I wonder about a company or website, I go to google and type the company or website and also the word scam and see what results I get.

These companies are not money lenders but middle men. You pay them £50 and they look for a loan for you. They say yes you think the loans in the bag you pay your £50 They will then either offer you something totally unsuitable , a very high apr or not find you a loan at all . Then try and get your £50 back ! Do not do it , if your credits really bad try citifinancial blackhorse wentworth finance , Huge aprs from 29% to over 50% if your credits ok your bank will do it for you. Thibk long and hard. Do you really need a loan ? If you are in dire need try your local cab , they will sort out your debts for free.

Don't do it .They are brokers they kept pestering me even though i did not apply .A friend who is a financial advisor said they take your money but can't guarantee a loan. Once you pay them they give you companies names that are supposed to lend you money but you always get refused therefore you have paid for nothing. Its a con they pray on the vulnerable.

an up front arangement fee... sounds a bit strange.

have they even told you any more details such as the ammount you can borrow, the interest you will pay and such?

just go to your bank and get a loan there, bieng a non-homeowner dont expect to get £25000 but you can still borrow £5000 easily enough provided your working.

beware of these sort of companies, they usually turn out to be brokers who are charging you an administration fee to find you a loan from another lender, there is no guarantee you'll actually get the loan.

they target people who find getting loans elsewhere difficult, because they are often desperate.

If they want money up front, it's probably a scam. Whatever the fee is for, it's nonrefundable. If they get back to you, they will say "sorry" you didn't qualify.
