I bought 2 MP4 players from the US - in both of them MP3 music files go corrupt beyond 400 MB. Each MP4 player has capacity of 4 GB.
What can I do? Please help.

MP3's aren't MP4's. You can only use MP4 files on MP4 players and MP3 files on MP3 players.
