As much as I enjoy all of your absolutely correct opinions, there is an objective criteria to distinguish these groups of quarterbacks. Test your football knowledge and figure it out, and then figure out where Brett belongs.

DangerDuck, good guess. It's not the answer, but it's almost right. Mark Rypien was an MVP.

The answer is along those lines.

DangerDuck should be Duck Danger.

Farve would have been a top round draft pick had he not been in a near fatal car wreck his Junior year at the University of Southern Mississippi. The fact that he endured his time at the Falcons as the backup QB and then went to the Packers to lead them to a Superbowl win and a nice playoff run certainly puts him in the elite rankings of QBs (and earning 2 Player of the Year awards).

But I would attribute the success of the Packers not to the leadership of Farve, but the coaching of Mike Holmgren.

Who cares about group 2 for statrers

As far as what group Favre would go in well:

1.The winningest QB in the NFL
2.The most TD's ever thrown by a QB in the NFL
3.The NFL's only 3 time MVP
4.The most ruggedest QB ever 200 + starts Back to back
5.! Superbowl winand 3 appearences.
6.The face of the Greenbay packers for over 15 years

Just to name a few
I think Favre the Iron Man is in a group of his own

Group 2 and Kurt Warner should be in group 2 as well. The reason why Favre and Warner belong there is because they're both inconsistent in regards to their throws. Brett Favre throws way too many interceptions. Group 1 qb's rarely make bad throws.

I am going from memory, I have done no investigation, so I could be wrong, but here is my guess.

Group 1 are all SuperBowl MVP's.

Group 2 are all SuperBowl winners but not MVP's.

Brett Farve belongs in group 1

He belongs in Group 1 for the better career and the one SB win, like Manning. Of course, I'm not sure why you forgot to add Bradshaw to Group 1.

Just because you are able to make a couple of lists doesn't mean we want to look at this nonsense. Next time you have a stupid "question," just type it out and then close the browser without submitting it. The world will be better off.
