Not sold, because Bible was around long before book stores were a viable idea. Also the books have to be about them, no reviews or literary criticisms of their books count.
No distinction can be made between official and unofficial versions, so all those Harry Potter fakes made in China, which are like Harry Potter 9 "the Warlock's Rock", have to count. Only because when it comes to the Christ books, how can we say what's official and what's not? The Mormons probably feel their book is official and the Christians isn't. So all books have to be given equal credence. The Bible's been in tons of langages, so they're all included. But same with all the international versions of Harry Potter.
This is not intended as an insult to Christians or Harry Potter fans. This has nothing to do with how factual either book is. More books have been written about horoscopes than the theory of relativity, but we know which is nonsense and which is a governing principle of the universe.

All scriptures have to be given equal status? How bout all scriptures are equally subjective and unreliable?
Neither Harry Potter nor Jesus has had even one book printed. In fact, beside the fact that Harry Potter is a fictional character and most of what we know about Jesus is fictional too, they never wrote any books. We don't even know if Jesus was able to read and write, although I would guess that he could.
Jesus never wrote the New Testament and Harry Potter, even if he was real, is not the author of the Harry Potter. series.

The Harry Potter series has sold over 325 million copies worldwide in 64 languages.
I guarantee there have been more Bibles printed than that...

witchcraft, indeed. That means not only that the Bible speaks against witchcraft, but also that there are educational implications to kids choosing Harry as their model. Sure, one may argue that Harry follows the old pattern of the good saviour hero and that witchcraft is a device taken from fairytales and a notion that every nation can understand - but a kid does not know that.

Jesus does not need more than one book, the Holy Bible, and that's enough. The truth never changes, regardless of the many interpretations.

It's a pointless question, just like determining the largest or fastest growing religion. They are not a good metric for validity nor are they a compelling reason to convert.
Ok, not totally pointless as it's interesting to know, but not as a basis for decisions.

As someone already pointed out, Bibles have been printed since moveable type was invented, and also collectively sell more than any single book every year. It really is no contest.
