It all depends on the hospital. Some hospitals have very strict rules about not hiring minors; others will hire 16 and 17 year olds for certain jobs. Go to (or check online or call, although actually going there is best) the hospital's Human Resources (HR) department and talk with them. They may have an 18 and up rule, but because you took the initiative to talk to them, they may be willing to work something out with you.

It depends on the state on whether or not you can work as a pharm tech, but most hospitals will not hire you until 18 because certain medications can only be handled by those at least 18 years of age.

Most likely not. My reasoning: You are not considered an adult until you are 18.
