i have a question for you and for all the others who said dont make this trade........
If you were pick #2 in a draft who would you pick up?
Tom Brady
or
Steven Jackson
I am co captain of a team with a freidn of mine and I want to offer peyton manning for steven jackson but he wont let me .. I woulddo that in a heartbeat... RB's are much more valuable.
You are essentially trading a 3rd rounder for the second overall pick in the draft.. no brainer .. trade him and dont worry about eli he is a good backup and even a starter. He may play next week too.

I'm a Pats fan but even I would make this trade. With Jackson and Johnson, you have 2 of the top 3 RB's in fantasy. It's a no-brainer.

Not based on last week's games. But S. Jackson will be back. It seems like the Offensive Co-ordinator forgot about him last Sunday. Who's your other QB ? Brady is consistently one of the best. And NE should be loaded this season.

I always value a RB over a QB, Brady won't always have #'s like he did last week. Make the trade, you won't regret it in the end. I don't like depending on Eli, but your RB's will make up for it.

Jennings has A Rod as a QB on an identical time as Marshall has Cutler.....hmmm. Jennings won't have a year like final IMO yet i think of Marshall will post comparable huge style to final season. i could commerce Jenning for Marshall eventhough Marshall is suspended for the 1st week. wish this facilitates. solid success.

Not if Eli is your only backup. See who is on waviers at QB and if there are some decent options, I'd consider it. SJ + LJ will get you lots of points each week.

you definently upgrade your RB position and will score many more points but if E M.anning is out for any amount of time your screwed otherwise its a good trade cause Eli is top 5 for TD passes but also gives up just as many interceptions...Good Luck....

make that trade, RB's when fantasy leagues and you would have 2 of the best RB's in the league on your team. eli will be fine but just in case look at your waiver wire to pick up another one, is matt schaub there?
