Either. That's a 42 year difference. If the grandparent had a child at about 21 and that child had a child at about 21, then yeah. Yeah, 64 is old enough.

64 is grandparent age and for those that are parents at that age hope you live to see more of the child.

My mother became a grandparent at 38 (both her and her daughter were married when they got pregnant). When she is 64 her oldest grandson will be 24.

It is no big deal!!

yes that's old enough to have a 22 year old grandson. My mother will be 62 when my daughter is 22.

It could be either. I'm 20 and my grandparents are all in their late 50's- early 60's my parents are in their late 30's- they started young.

There is no age limit on becoming a grandparent. If you have children when you are young and your children repeat that, then you could be a very young grandparent.

yeah it is possible the parent would have been 20 when the baby was born and the grand parent would have been 22 when his child was born
