Well, if your stoned you don't turn the radio down. So if you don't find the address you just think, oh well I can't find it, lets go party somewhere. If you do find it, cool, then you can go where you originally wanted to go and then you party. Only problem could be is after you leave, can you find your way back? But by that time you really won't give a crap and just go somewhere else and party. Its all good one way or another.

I need complete concentration while trying to find someone's house, which means no music or people talking. It's kinda funny how upset I get if people are talking while I'm trying to find an address, my friends kinda laugh at me and I get even angrier lol

I think it's a concentration thing. And you don't want to draw attention to yourself with the music blaring and on lookers knowing that something is not right.
