Is there a website where you can make your own board game like game online?

I want to make a game from scratch. I want to know if there is a website that lets u do it and play it or a way where I can actually make it and play it in real life.

zillions-of-games.com is a good site. I also recommend byond.com. BYOND stands for Build Your Own Net Dream, and you can play and make different kinds of game.
