And killing ones self.

Never have I considered suicide. I get down, I get depressed, heck I'm human (oops, sorry), but never would I think about doing that to my family or friends. I have had a friend or two kill themselves over the years - I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

There is ALWAYS hope sweetie - ALWAYS. ♥((hugs))♥

Yes about giving up. There is the saying that this too shall pass in time. Time heals all wounds.

When it comes to killing ones self just because I want to give up No. But I had thought about it in the way of , "Well I will show them, if I am dead they will be sorry, I'll show them or teach them." Well they aren't being taught anything and you don't get to see if you did teach them so it is a no win situation. Matter of fact they may see it as better for every one in the long run if you were dead or gone away. It would be ONE less mouth to feed, ONE less space being taken up, if you were gone. If you had a job then you just created a job opening. DON'T give them the satisfaction. Stick it out and make life miserable for them just because you exist. That can be fun and YOU do get to see if they are learning or maybe you will have a change in you as time goes by.

This is a bad subject for me.
I lost my husband to suicide, he just gave up, and I know we could have beat the situation.
Now I am left alone and our daughter in deep depression too.
No one understands what that does to a family. It is the worst kind of death a family can face.
There is never an end to the grief.

Yes, I have felt that way - many times. But I manage to keep going. In fact, I sometimes have taken it to be a challenge just to stay alive, and each day I do, I win another victory. I often think of the challenges people in 3rd world countries face each day - i.e. just getting food, water, medical help, etc - and then I feel better about my situation, no matter how bad I perceive it to be. I also try to remind myself that I am not really here for me, but for others. I think of all the people that would be hurt by my killing myself, and how unfair it wold be to them.

No never life is precious regardless of how hard it gets sometimes i'll be dammed if i allow myself to lie down and give up... you never give, you have the power whether you know it or not to change your life in which ever way you want it to change on this journey called life, and all of the things good and bad you experience are what shape you as a person in such a unique way, you have life so choose to live it keep soldiering on, you may miss a step, but never mind keep doing your best... that's it that's all we can do, but never ever give up.

Some people do, though is usually because they're suffering from depression.

I never have, and never will.

You gotta realize that there are people out there who are WAY worse off then you. Look at Oprah...her life growing up was beyond hell and look at her today. Halle Berry is deaf in one ear from being beaten and abused when she was a kid. A lot of people who have made it big today have been really hurt.

You gotta show yourself that you can do it...you gotta be strong.

Never the killing, but the giving ... yes, very seldomly.
Drink some orange juice, peel an orange and eat it.
Instant improvement!
