I can't find it in any reference materials. Are you sure you spelled it right? Is it a foreign word?

I think it's a made up word and used for fun instead of saying goodbye. a variation on 'toodle - oo' which is also fairly widely used in the UK (very informally)...dk its origins.

I believe it is Winnie the Pooh's grand exalted name down at the lodge
