No...I wish it could, though. Having both at the same time SUCKS!

It could if you are stressing over it or something, or if youre stressed out in general
But the only time I had a yeast infection, I was due for my period in 2 days and I got it. Which sucked because wiping down there when you have a yeast infection is like OUUUUUUUUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
