Where did this thug mentality come from anyway? Do guys want to be associated with looking like a guy in prison? That is where it all started. Prisoners are not allowed to wear any belt. Thus, there pants would always slip down.

I suppose one theory could be that to them wearing your pants super high with suspenders and whatever makes you look like a nerd, so they somehow figured that the exact opposite would make them look cooler.
Well either way I have something to say... It's their life and their fashion show. I know there are limits but as long as the law doesn't forbid it I don't think you can really do anything about it. Also, don't judge our character by what we wear! Don't call us thugs just because of how we wear our pants. Sometimes I feel men are far more discriminated against than women. Well actually make that all the time.

I have no idea, but it looks absolutely ridiculous. Everytime I see someone like that, I want to finish the job and just yank their pants right off. And when they wear it with the long shirts too, they look stupid and out of proportion. Idiots, followers, sheep. That's what they are.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I hate seeing people not only wearing pants that sag, but also wearing improperly fitting T-Shirts as well! I myself get my jeans tailored to best fit my body! Oh well, seeing people like that with a lack of fashion sense just makes it easier for guys like me to look better!

I don't know where they got it from but it is totally gross and unattractive! Do they think that women want to see their crack? I personally wish they would get a pair of pants that fit! God Bless you for speaking out...
