I am having homemade elk spaghetti! Yum!!! (The people in my office can't believe some of the things I bring for lunch, but they surely all want to try it!)

(Elk spaghetti is merely a marinara sauce with ground elk simmered into it.)

Leftover homemade spaghetti and a baby spinach salad. Nothing exciting. I've missed you JT.

I'm going out for lunch, but since elk is scarce in these parts, I'll probably settle for a salad or a hamburger.

Enjoy your spaghetti!
