Stevie hands down. He was the best guitarist the world has ever known. It was one of the saddest days in music when he died in that helicopter accident.

Although they are all great musicians in their own right, I don't care for any of them. I never liked GNR, Vaughn's stuff all sounds the same to me, hate the Chilli Peppers. I wouldn't pick any of them. I'd go for Adrian Belew or Brian May if I was going to pick someone on just technical skills.
