Shawn Hornbeck disappeared aged 11, on 6 October 2002, while riding his bicycle near his home in Richwoods, Missouri. Shawn Hornbeck was missing for over 4 years before being discovered on 12 January 2007 by police searching for 13-year-old boy who had recently gone missing. Hornbeck and the other boy were found in the apartment of Michael J. Devlin in Kirkwood, Missouri. As of June 2007, Devlin has been charged with a range of offences, including kidnapping both boys and molestation.

Shawn seems to be fine, his parents are keeping him close.
Lots of legal wrangling with Devlin, (what county gets to go first, etc) Trial will take along time.
List of charges are as long as your arm.
