Go into the room where a suicide happened to look at the blood and then make them see pictures of the body? Does the manager have the right to put his employees through that?

Where did the manager get the pictures? Sounds like a weird person to me. I don't believe he would have the right to even make them clean the room unless he had paid for Hepatitis B shots. This is a health issue. It is also possible he could be sued for mental distress.
