If it was done in house, no. It would just be recorded on your personnel file. There would also be a record of those who attended the training. Some employers may give you a chit as something to be proud of, but it won't amount to anything "official".

Unless it is a "license required" job such as forklift driver (where you are required to have a badge worn while driving one), most companies just keep a signed statement from you on file. This proves you were trained or shown how to do the specific job.

You should have a certificate to say you attended a training course.
if not ask your employer to write you a letter confirming you attended and what the course covered.
