When I'm on my knees it usually doesn't take me long to get it out but bring some knee pads just in case this is a stubborn one -lol

Dab the spot with a wet cloth ( or with whatever cleaning solution you have0. don't rub, the stain will only sink in deeper that way.

I use a Spot steam cleaner, so I never really on my knees much.... I have so knee pads though if you need to borrow them

Continue to rub harder, maybe even adjust your tempo some and talk to it. Talking always helps get it to come out.
