This question will remain, I will get 3 more violations by nightfall, you will have a ham sandwich and cheese doodles for lunch but dream of it being a big juicy burger, oh and the lucky lotto numbers for tonight are 23, 47, 17, 32, 4, 29 (powerball is 40)

I think you can on some level. Example, do your dreams come true? Mine do sometimes, you know the ones where you dream your in a certain place at a certain time doing something? And then maybe a few days/weeks later it happens! I mean that must mean we can predict the future on some level!
