I think the reason why Rudy is ahead in the polls is because people who are polled aren't paying attention to the presidential race, and are unlike to even vote in the primaries, simply give the pollsters the name they recognize, which would be Guiliani or Thompson or McCain.

The fact that these polls show McCain ahead of Romney again show how unreliable these are. It's clear that McCain's campaign is dead and Romney is far ahead of McCain. Romney will win Iowa and New Hampshire, and those polls are accurate because the voters there are paying attention.

I think well be in for a big surprise when Guilani and Thompson are both defeated. They are both celebrities. Thompson looks like he has nothing to bring to the table and more tired than McCain, yet he appears high in the polls.

Rudy Giuliani is the front runner but in a current poll just put out by Real Clear Politics, his lead over Fmr. Senator Fred Thompson is down to just 4 points.

Rudy Giulliani is a big joke. Some people keep mentioning that he played a starring role in 9/11. Really? Any mayor is his right mind would have done exactly what Rudy did: To walk around with his mouth covered and pretend to direct everything that was going on. He could have run into one of the buildings and tried to save people, like many of his fellow New Yorkers did.

Well, OBAMA is my man!

If I can't have Condi Rice then I would have to say Rudy. Followed by Fred.
Of course, all polls are made up by someone. The questions are usually slanted one way or the other. But, I do not vote by what a poll says.

Romney is caught in independent as are many of the applicants. which will proceed till exertions Day whilst the nut reducing will initiate. I see Romney remarkable in there yet not getting the nomination. on the top of the day he's the day previous's information and bland as white bread. i think of Jon Huntsman is the guy and can pull it off if he gets available stumping so as that he develops call and face popularity.

You can rely on the polls to a point. But it doesn't make any difference which Republican is the front runner in the '08 election. GWB has ruined the chances for any of them. But I'd love to see another Republican have to figure out how to get out of Iraq. They ought to have to fix their own messes.

We shall see. I think Fred Thompson has a good shot a beating Rudy. Most polls have Romney winning Iowa and New Hampshire. I think which ever Repub gets the nod they will easily when the general election. Hillary is unelectable...
