Here's an idea that fits all those adjectives... hilariously funny, a little bit dirty and as some may find, distasteful!
MAN COSTUME:
Long-sleeved and pants striped cotton pyjama there must be a pocket on the shirt (bright colors would be best)
Fuzzy or fake leather slippers
Hair a mess
Lipstick kiss marks on his cheeks
A pack of cigarettes and a lighter in the pocket of the pyjama shirt
WOMAN COSTUME:
Long sleeved flesh colored loetard (you'll find one at your local ballet clothing store) Cut two small holes where the nipples should be and sew a Playtex baby bottle nipple sticking out thru each hole.
One triangle of brown, black or blonde colored fake fur. Sew this onto the pubic area of the leotard. Oh.. it's quite funny if the woman has blonde hair but the fake fur is dark...)
Funky high-heeled fancy slippers (like with ostrich feathers on the top of a mule-shaped heeled slipper).
Hair messed up
Lipstick the same color of the kisses on the man's face.
A see-thru negligee robe over the top of the leotard. It's best if the negligee is navy, brown, dark green or black rather than pink or yellow or white, etc.
Go as the couple that just got out of bed and we know what you were doing there!
I did this with my hubby and we won 1st prize... IT was hilarious! You should have seen people's eyes popping as we walked down the street to our party at a posh restaurant... People still talk about it!

Ok, I got this email a couple of years ago of funny costume pics. Its a bit tasteless, but a bit funny for an adult only party:
The ("pregnant") woman was in a hospital gown "laying" on a gurney with her (fake) feet up in stirups. The man was placed strategically.... well, as the unhappy baby being born. They had several friends in scrubs helping to push the gurney.
Hope that idea doesn't offend you, just thought I'd share...

Oh Mario and Luigi this is a solid one. The plug and outlet is extraordinarily solid. i think of Fred and Wilma Flinston could be cool. Or Ketchup and Mustard. Or Police and Rober. Or that double individual pony is cool. I dont blame you. Have a chuffed halloween. i'm nonetheless triing to make certain what to have been. wish this helped.

My sister and her very talented handyman boyfriend made a custumes where:
He - was a light bulb with a plug - looked like a night lite.
She - was a wall elctrical socket - the thing where you plug electrical items.
He rigged it to where when he plugs into her the light bulb would light up.
I thought it was cute.
