im English and the way England play football and rugby just lately your not far wrong even though i dont like to admit it they went through a good stage with the rugby side of things but the football is always hot n cold now at the moment they seem pretty average in both these sports

and the english football players in this country are the best in the world -it's just the managers

i agree but it's more the British Media that build them up to something they're not. It happens with all the Brits from Tim Henman right through to the English football team.
