Ha ha, well good to see your unbiased.
Seriously though, 2nd and 4th round draft pick this year, and 2nd round next should do. Remember what ever the comish decides he has to stick with because he's setting the precedent here.
The forfeit's not gonna happen, there's no way that within 40 seconds the play got called into the defense and then a message got sent to Brady who then called the right play and sill get the ball off in time, sorry people it was being filmed for future reference, for next time they play against that coordinator.

Sounds good. While we're at it we'll make the Jets do the same for bring in Caldwell, interviewing him about offensive plays then releaseing him. And We should do something to the Dolphins, after all they even admitted to stealing signs. And the Bronco's should forfit any game Elway played in because they lied about his $$$ so not to get hit by the salery cap. And the Steelers should be forced to play a whole season with out pads, from when they violated league rules about not practicing with pads. I mean that all sounds logical to me.

I agree, I think they should lose multiple draft picks and the coach should be suspended for a few games. If Shawn Merriman can be suspended for a few games for using a performance enhancing drug, i.e. cheating, the Pats organization should be punished just as severly if not more. They were already warned about this before and have done this multiple times.

Loss of a second round draft pick, forfeit BOTH games to the Jets and loss of $5 million in cap space for the next two years.
The reason why I say loss of cap space is because hitting the organization with a regular monetary fine means nothing to them. The loss of salary cap space could be devestating and would send a message to other teams that it would not be tolerated.

Since this wasn't the first time that the Patriots have been warned about this, they should have to forfeit the game. I also heard last night that the Philadelphia Eagles have file a charge against the Patriots as a result of Super Bowl 39.
And the beat goes on!!!

I think a one year suspension of the coach would be appropriate. Why punish the team in the future.Punish the cause NOW!!
