I can't find that word, but since you are in word and word play it probably means "it crossed by mind" since the cerbullum is part of the brain.

cer·e·bel·lum (sr-blm)
n. pl. cer·e·bel·lums or cer·e·bel·la (-bl)
The trilobed structure of the brain, lying posterior to the pons and medulla oblongata and inferior to the occipital lobes of the cerebral hemispheres, responsible for the regulation and coordination of complex voluntary muscular movement and the maintenance of posture and balance.

boy, I thought my dictionary would say but it doesn't... looking at the word in regards to Latin root words I would say it has something to do with "across (or through) the brain (or a portion of it)..."
and I really don't know if my guessing will do a bit of good, but maybe. I can hope for someone to justify some of my guess, at least!
