who thinks that it is a good idea,...,..,?

that all large companies hold total control and full responsibility to accept all recycle goods sold by them, so to eliminate or reduce the waste/ garbage budget that the government and all tax payers have to pay yearly.,.?

Oh, sure... So they can pass the expense of collecting their own recyclables on to the consumer.
