Go to the bottom of any page in Yahoo Answers and click on Community Guidelines and you can read them. They are basically the rules you need to go by to make the section more enjoyable for everyone. Most members that complain about them are the ones who violate them. If someone has common sense and common courtesy towards others, they would not even need to read them to avoid being in violation.

About 50 pages on ways to restrict free speech. Basically if you say something somebody doesn't like you will receive a violation notice.
