I have been with this girl for almost two years, we broke up and she moved out. She is a realtor and lives with a roommate. I just paid her rent, and every month I pay her car insurance, her parents usually pay her car payment. She asks me for money at random times for random things. Well last night she had friends over at her new place, and her roommate lost 200 dollars out of her purse, that someone supposedly stole. She asked me to pay that 200 dollars back. I have a feeling the story may not be true, I am not sure... what do you all think? What should I do? She might just want money, but this story may also be true, either way I am paying the money back. Do you think my ex has something up her sleeve? I am trying to work things out with her, but sometimes I get the feeling it's just about the money. She told me at 1 point in the she wanted to be with a man. Do you think it's just the money?

What you need to do is to cut ties with her, if she`s your ex then let it be. she`s playing on you feelings. and it`s all about the money. when she left you and moved in with a room mate let her room mate pay her bills thats extra you can do something positive with. let her miss you really. that means you can talk only and not every day or every other day. maybe once a week. some people take relationships for gain. don`t let keep happening.

Texting lets you control the tone and establish what kind of conversation you want to have. Learn here https://tr.im/yR5SJ
This is probably the most important part. With texting, you can stop and think about what you want to say to your ex at each step of the way. Instead of reacting emotionally, you can take your time, figure out the right thing to say (I’ll give you most of it), and be strategic with your ex without saying something that you’ll regret.

I'm trying not to yell at you for doing this but what the ****! are you thinking??? the key words are "broke up". you need to stop paying for her bills and start moving on. that's fine if you want to get back together, but you should not be having to pay these bills. as for the $200 omg you don't even want me to go there....

PS. if she honestly cared about you at ALL she wouldn't be asking you to spend all this money on her, I don't care what anyone says its true.

You 2 dont live together, she is using you for your money, you need to find someone who doesnt want you for whats in your bank account. if she really loved you she wouldnt even be taking the money from you. you need to find someone who isnt going to let you take care of their debt and who is responsible enough to take care of their own. sounds like she wants to be with a guy but as long as you are around she will use you for your money and do her own thing. i would never ask my significant other for money because i love him too much and its his money. there will be a woman out there that wont want your money just your love. good luck.

Yep she's had her college fun and now she is after a man.

You sound like a mug who has been used.

Its good that the penny has now dropped.

Do not give her any more money

Oh child, you are being USED! Tell her to step away and never give her anything again. She is a user, a player, an evil person and she's taking you for everything you give her.
