Suicide isn't the "lamest thing in the world." It is the most selfish thing a person can do. When a person even contemplates suicide, they are ONLY thinking of themselves and their own pain, not anyone else's. If they thought more of the people that love them, they would know that a successful suicide would devastate their loved ones. How selfish a person is that only thinks of ending their own pain while simultaneously increasing their loved ones' pain. If that person stopped and thought about it, they would realize that while they're still alive, there is ALWAYS hope of things getting better. Once they are dead, all hope is gone. The only thing they accomplish is devastation for their friends & family. It's the ultimate selfish act.

You obviously have not yet served your purpose or learned your lesson in this lifetime. Or maybe the lesson you needed to learn was that suicide is not the answer. I don't know and don't pretend to.
If you have a reason to be here at this time, maybe you could start by looking at your life a different way and examining what it is that you are really here for.
Don't let your imagination take you through the same path again, look for the alternative pathway that leads you to the answer to your problem. The only one that can answer your problem is you. Others may help you look but only you can find the answer.
You're not lame, just confused by a wrong turn.

Only those who have failed CAN answer. Does it make you "one of the lamest people in the world"? Nope - although I can recognize and remember the feeling.
I tried it - more than once. Pills, mostly, but I attempted to hang myself on one occasion. Screwed that up. too - maybe because I was so drunk at the time.
The "you" of your question has gotten a "second chance", and I hope he/she grabs at it. No matter how hopeless things may seem, I can assure you (from personal experience), they WILL get better.
That "you" shouldn't take "yourself" so seriously, and remember - you'll die soon enough anyway. Why rush it?
Keep suicide "in your pocket" as a fail-safe, last-ditch final exit, and you can find comfort from knowing that you can ALWAYS take it.
But in the meantime, stick around and see what happens. You very well might be pleasantly surprised.
I know I was.
And here's an appropriate verse from Dorothy Parker:
"Razors pain you; Rivers are damp;
Acids stain you; And drugs cause cramp.
Guns aren't lawful; Nooses give;
Gas smells awful; You might as well live."
Hang (whoops, bad choice of words) in there, amigo.

It was never truly up to you! If you were meant to continue, believe ME, you WILL continue! I know a sister with cancer who lived thru terrible pain as it ate her entire stomach so that she no longer has one. She made three attempts and actually succeeded but was revived after arriving DOA. The same cancer killed the richestwoman in history yet my sister who is poor lives today. She has never been in remission and it has been more than a decade. Miracles occur...believe them or not. Why her? She didn't even want to continue when so many children die everyday! I understand. His Will BE DONE

Strong constitution must run in your genes...Don't be a lightweight..Letting the world get the best of you is easy,but grabbing it by the berries and twisting is sheer joy..DO NOT EVER give them the pleasure..of saying.."Yeah,I thought so"..THAT'S Lame! There are a lots of things worse than skipping out of town...Here's one I learnt...Eternity,a long,long Time...

That could be admirable, I would be so worried to take more than 3 or 4 pills at a time thinking that it could cause me uncomfy, and it would tasted bad and I would throw up...
