Oh God - NO! That is one of the worst things you can do. Many femine washes contain moisturizer and or perfumes. These make infections worse, and even cause them in alot of women. The best thing to do for a yeast infection is get a 7day treatment from the store. The 3 and 1 day treatments often times do not work as well - but only relieve the symptoms temporarily. If this does not work, contact a doctor for a perscription. Also, you want to keep the area a dry as possible, so you should sleep with no undies for air. If you are tyring to get rid of the scent that comes with a yeast infection, wearing pantiliners should help. Hope you feel better.

if you use feminine wash regularly, that is likely what caused your yeast problem in the first place. Those products alter your body's natural pH and often cause an over growth of yeast. You can use a mild vinegar and water solution to douche with, but this will not cure the problem, for that you must use one of the many otc products available to treat it. Like Monistat cream etc.

I always use warm water with baking soda (one tablespoon with two cups of water), Wash your self few times a day. This will fight the bacteria, relieving the pain and itching, and of course you will feel more clean. In addition to that, take Probiotic, to help you to heal faster, and to prevent further infection.
