1) Does a 9 year old John Titor exist today?
2) Is his controversial time travelling proved to be a hoax?
3) If he exists, does his 38 year old self from the year 2036 appear to see his 9 year old self today?

1: Not likely.
2: Most certainly.
3: It's completely impossible.

So why is it impossible for someone to travel back in time? As far as we know, particles of matter can't exist in two places at once. Any electrons, protons, neutrons, or combinations of them as atoms and molecules, therefore cannot be in two places at once.
Even if the particles making up the 9-year old John Titor were to be replaced over the years through cel recyling, the particles which make up the 38 or 39-year old John Titor must currently exist somewhere at this very moment, probably in the soil or atmosphere where food is being grown.
So if John Titor were to travel back in time without being completely vapourized in the process (along with whatever device he's traveling in...) most of his atomic and sub-atomic structure would still have to be in two places at once.

And that's not even considering the fact that our solar system is rotating around the center of our Galaxy at 1 million miles per hour (or is it per day?) If it is per hour, then the earth of 30 years in the future will be somewhere close to 16.54 light days away from where it is now. Even if time travel were technically possible, it would take some amazing targeting skills to move an object (John Titor) that far and place it in something like the spot it was supposed to arrive at.

According to "Wikipedia", all of John Titor's predictions about the future have so far failed to happen. Either he is a hoax, or else he is a bad historian.

It seems doubtful if "Titor" is the person's real name, since the article said that John Titor gave an evasive answer when asked if that was his real name. There might be a John Titor out there somewhere (John is a common name), but he might not be the same person who made the posts on the Internet.

-----------------------------
...One of Titor's earliest claims was that CERN would discover the basis for time travel some time around 2001. This event did not occur. An article about miniature black holes being created by CERN (a recurring theme, also ascribed to Fermilab and Brookhaven at various times) was taken by some to be evidence of this claim, but these events did not actually occur either.

Another event that was to have occurred by this point in time is the start of the civil war in the United States. He claimed that the events would become obvious around the 2004 Presidential Elections, and would escalate to Waco Siege-like events every week. No sign of either of these sorts of events has been shown, although supporters have claimed that various world events are similar enough, or alternatively that Titor "really meant" something less obvious, the rise of a police state.

Titor also claimed that the 2004 Olympics would be the last to be held. The successful 2006 Winter Olympics demonstrated this claim to be wrong as well. In light of this failing, supporters have suggested that Titor "really meant" the Summer Olympics, although nothing like this was ever stated in the posts.

Equally problematic are the predictions Titor failed to make. In May 2007, Seattle-based dentist and time travel expert Dr. Bruce Goldberg, on Coast to Coast AM, brought up that Titor never tipped the world off regarding September 11, 2001....

it was a hoax and it is only theoretically possible according to Stephen Hawkins
