I'd Ignore it. But I'm always on my cell when i'm walking alone at night so if something does happen my sister will know where to start looking.

I would probably start running toward my home, because the people in the nearest house could be involved, and if you ignore them chances are likely that you will be abducted. So start running, waving your arms saying "I'm a chicken" they will think you are crazy and possibly take off.

I would say b, start running. Or at least I would try to take a shortcut where the car couldn't follow me.

This actually happened to me when I was a kid. I ran and the car came flying up behind me. I came to a path that led down to my house (I lived in kind of a wooded area). I made it home and started crying hysterically. My dad worked nights so my mother and sister went up to where the car had stopped. He told my mother that he thought I was his daughter who had run away. She said he was calling a name when she went up there so maybe he really was looking for his daughter. Scared the crap out of me though. And it was only about 8:oo but it was dark out.

Probably run home as I probably wouldn't die from running for a minute, and the people in the car probably would not be able to catch me 'cause they're IN THE CAR and they have to open the door to grab, and maybe after they open the door they fall out.

firstly.. how do you know the nearest house isn't full of 'strange ones',too? nix that. (altho if you were really scared you could go ring pples doorbells til somebody called the cops on you.. i mean FOR YOU. hehe)
you can't ignore it . just because it's a school assignment on safety, you already know that answer is wrong.
so i guess you're stuck running. i hope you aren't wearing heels.

Mostly a)...but if it gets really creepy, i'll first find something to defend me, such as my shoe, and walk over to the nearest house or shop, and ask for help..
